  1. Nice to see you here Tess! She’s a wonderful choice for a guest author Betsy!

I am so glad that I am following all of these ways to live a bold and free life, though I have a problem with #23 – letting go of grievances, which I guess are really a tough part. I know we have to move on in life sooner or later, but when you lose a loved or dear one, it does get tough – isn’t it?

But just like it’s said life is full of surprises, twists and turns – each one of us must live our life each day taking it to be the last – so that’s what I truly believe in too. Living each moment to the fullest because we really can’t tell about tomorrow.

Thanks for sharing. Happy Halloween to you and yours. :)

“It takes willingness and practice. ”

Very nice list. If you are living in fear it will take time and commitment to change your mind’s patterns. Commit to changing using the above relentlessly. Positive mantras, positive thinking videos, etc…, are a great way to combat the negative thinking patterns while you try to put the above methods in place.

  3. Harleena,
If the only one you’re having trouble with is # 23 you’re doing fantastic. I think you understand it to be about grief and what I’m saying is to let go of any bitterness and resentment towards others. I appreciate your support!

  4. Hi Tess and Betsy,

Love the list. We can get caught up in our fears, so this is another post that would be perfect to print out and take a look at on occasion. There are all good, but this one stood out for me – “Choose emotions of enjoyment, comfort, and success.” For me, that is the bottom line.

I like the “fake it ’til you make it” idea. If I act confident and unafraid, I begin to feel confident and unafraid. It’s not like I am trying to trick anyone, but like I am changing what I am telling myself.

A great list about removing fear, Tess! Because I am working on one currently, I find myself nodding to many of the tips on your list. Fear has certainly been a great teacher for me.

Enjoyed the list! I read each one and nodded, and then I got to the last one and just stopped. This is so true! I can think of so many times when I just paused and took a breath and looked at something from a slightly different perspective. Small shift–big difference!
