The Sedona, Arizon Stupa is officially called the The Amitabha Stupa. It was named after the Amitabha Budha, the Buddha of Limitless Light. It is filled with millions of prayers for peace and other sacred offerings. It is said that just to see the stupa or feel the wind that passes over the stupa is to cleanse your karma. Stupas are said to promote harmony, prosperity, longevity, good health, peace, and freedom from ignorance.It is set in a beautiful area near the Chimney Rock hike among the pinyon and juniper pines trees.
